With Bachelor’s Degree in Operations Management or any other related field.

Outstanding knowledge of MS Office and Google Workspace, Adobe Photoshop, Canva, Social Media Management and other software.

Duties & Responsibilities:
Support the CEO primarily and provide additional support to executive team members, as directed, to ensure company goals and objectives are accomplished and that operations run efficiently.
Manages professional and personal scheduling for CEO, including agendas, mail, email, phone calls, and other communications needed.
Coordinates complex scheduling and calendar management, as well as content and flow of information to CEO.
Takes all forwarded emails from the CEO and makes tasks for the person in basecamp.
Helps create a Virtual Assistant service for CEO's to maximize their productivity.
Creates research and assigns research topics to improve health and productivity.
Coordinates with Marketing Manager and Graphic designer to make sure social media content is on brand.
Creates research on the best ways to form good habits like and constantly improving daily, weekly, monthly habits. Performs other tasks as may be assigned by superiors from time to time.
Organizes meetings, including scheduling, and sending reminders when necessary.
Manages the executive’s calendar, including making appointments and prioritizing the most sensitive matters.
Manages CEO’s travel logistics and activities, including accommodations, transportation, and meals.
Maintains professionalism and strict confidentiality with all materials.
Performs other tasks as assigned.
Working Schedule:
6 am to 3 pm Monday thru Friday - CST Time or 7 pm to 4 am PH time.

Technical:
Laptop with a good battery and working webcam.
Laptop Specification of core i5 & with at least 8gb ram.
Primary Internet 15mbps (willing to upgrade at own expense).
Back-up Internet is a must, preferably prepaid wifi.
