Job Summary
We are looking for aspiring & enthusiastic virtual assistants to help our monitoring team check and track activities based on our official time tracking tool. We are aggressively expanding our company, so our ideal candidate would be a zealous general administrative task, tech-savvy, quick learner and a great multi-tasker. Usually promoted from within or has prior relevant experience and a proven attendance record.

Roles and Responsibilities
● Check records on time tracking tool for webshots, screenshot, and mouse monitoring
● Organize and document incident reports
● Sends follow-up emails for any eccentric webshots and screenshots
● Prepares various reports related to monitoring
● Sends report updates on attendance monitoring
● Make some calls to follow-up related to attendance
● Updates database for independent contractor records
● Updates schedules of contractors
● Timekeeping
● Ad Hoc

Job Requirements:
● College Graduate of Psychology, Human Development or any related field
● With HR employee relations is a plus but not required
● Conversation to Good english communication skills
● Good in english written
● Organized & Self-driven
● Willing to work on shifting schedules or graveyard shifts

Laptop with a good condition battery and working webcam on it. Specification of core i5 & with at least 8gb ram
Primary Internet 15mbps (willing to upgrade at own expense)
Noise-cancelling headset
Back-up Internet preferably prepaid router
Contingency plan incase of a power outage
Willing to work on graveyard shift/ shifting schedule
