Digital Marketing Specialist

Job Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and manage all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
Research, track, and analyze consumer behaviors and trends and implement research into digital marketing campaigns
Establish and execute a digital marketing strategy to distribute content
Designs, builds, and maintains our social media presence.
Measures and reports performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs).
Brainstorms new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.
Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies and marketing techniques
Create and edit photos and video for social media needs
Maintain consistent brand messaging across all social channels
Identify, analyze, and measure trends and content to assess how well it’s performing and optimize user experience
Develop and monitor campaign budgets
Stay up to date on the latest social media trends, and implement them in company’s marketing campaigns
Create and maintain an editorial calendar to deliver targeted content
Perform other task as assigned by the direct supervisor

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing or a related field
In-depth knowledge of current digital trends
Experience in digital marketing, or a related field
Proficiency in photo and video editing software
Experience with SEO and SEM strategy and keyword research
Understanding of website analytics tools, such as Google Analytics
Analytical mind, with a passion for measuring data
Social media savvy, with a passion for staying on top of trends
Strong sense of creativity, imagination, and innovation
Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with other departments
In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms and best practices
Ability to analyze consumer metrics, reports, and trends
Strong project management and managerial skills
Wiling to work in a graveyard shift

Laptop with a core i5 and at least 8gb ram, good condition battery and working webcam
Primary Internet 15mbps (willing to upgrade at own expense)
Noise-cancelling headset
Contingency plan incase of a power outage
Willing to work on graveyard shift/shifting schedule
