Job Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, AI technology, or related computer field.
With proven experience in computer programming, web developing coding, and Artificial Intelligence.
Must have a technical background of the latest advancements in Artificial Intelligence.
Outstanding knowledge and experience in Java, CSS, C++, SQL, C#, Python, R, and HTML.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Familiarity with AI ethics and the implications of data privacy and security in training.
Has advanced knowledge of operating systems.
Possess analytical and problem solving skills.
Hands-on experience with network diagnostics, network analytics tools.
Ability to be resourceful and find solutions to problems on their own.
Strong time-management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
Excellent Verbal and written communication skills.
Outstanding knowledge of MS Office and Google Workspace, Adobe Photoshop, Canva, Social Media Management and other software.
Flexible team player, willing to adapt to changes and unafraid challenges.

Creates and modifies computer programs on project specifications.
Reviews operating systems and software frequently and makes any adjustments necessary to keep them running well.
Writes well designed, testable, efficient code by using best software development practices.
Creates website layout/user interface by using standard HTML/CSS practices.
Integrate data from various back-end services and databases.
Create and maintain software documentation.
Builds and uses computer assisted software engineering tools to automate some coding.
Performs all requirements needed for the implementation of automated computer systems from start to finish.
Develops complex coding for website to help software operate more efficiently.
Troubleshoots system errors.
Manages database and operating systems.
Researches new apps and AI solutions to train our VA's on those tasks to provide A.I solutions to our clients.
Monitor AI system performance and iteratively train VA’s to improve functionality.
Collaborate with teams to understand AI needs and deliver effective training solutions.
Stay updated with the latest AI trends and technologies to incorporate into training practices.
Develop best practices for data handling and model training to ensure ethical A.I.
Stays plugged into emerging technologies /industry trends and apply them into operations and activities.
Performs other tasks as assigned.
