HR Virtual Assistant (U.S. Client)

We are looking for an experienced HR Virtual Assistant to provide comprehensive HR and
administrative support to a U.S.-based client. The ideal candidate has solid experience across all major
HR functions and can work independently in a fast-paced remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle end-to-end HR administrative functions, including employee records and documentation.
  • Support recruitment, screening, interviews, onboarding, and offboarding.
  • Assist with employee relations, performance management, attendance, leave, and timekeeping.
  • Provide support for payroll, benefits administration, and HR compliance.
  • Prepare HR reports, maintain HRIS/ATS records, and ensure data accuracy.
  • Respond to employee HR inquiries and escalate sensitive matters when needed.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of employee and company information.

Qualifications & Skills

  • 2–3+ years of hands-on HR experience covering multiple HR functions.
  • Experience supporting U.S.-based clients/employees is an advantage
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes and documentation.
  • Excellent English communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Google Workspace, MS Office, HRIS, and other HR tools.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently.

Technical

  • A reliable working laptop unit with good battery condition and webcam, with at least 8gb RAM and at least Core i3 (10" Gen), Core i5 (7" Gen) processor, AMD Ryzen 5, MacBook M2. or higher;
  • Reliable primary internet connection at least 15mpbs;
  • Back-up internet connection (pocket WIFI or prepaid WIFI with different network from primary internet)
  • Contingency location in case of power outage
