Manage all company legal disputes from initial complaint through resolution.
Handle small claims, civil actions, collections, and contract disputes.
Draft and review all company-related contracts (i.e IC agreement,client contracts, NDA, Vendor contracts, etc.), demand letters, legal notices, pleadings, and corporate documents.
Manage pre-litigation matters, negotiations, and settlements.
Prepare case files, evidence, and legal documentation for U.S. counsel when required.
Advise management on legal risks, employment issues, and regulatory compliance.
Coordinate debt recovery and civil collection proceedings
Attends cases on court on behalf of the company
Develop litigation strategies that balance legal risk and business objectives.
Coordinate with external counsel and government agencies as needed.
Qualifications & Skills
Juris Doctor (JD) or Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.).
Member in good standing of the Philippine Bar
Must be willing to travel to attend meetings, court proceedings
With experience in civil litigation, corporate law, and contract law is an advantage
Experience supporting U.S.-based companies or legal matters is an advantage.
Strong legal drafting, negotiation, and case management skills.

A reliable working laptop unit with good battery condition and webcam, with at least 8gb RAM and at least Core i3 (10" Gen), Core i5 (7" Gen) processor, AMD Ryzen 5, MacBook M2. or higher;
Reliable primary internet connection at least 15mpbs;
Back-up internet connection (pocket WIFI or prepaid WIFI with different network from primary internet)
