Qualifications & Skills
College level with work experience or a college graduate
Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
Prior experience in a similar role is a plus but not required
Excellent in english both spoken and written
Organized & Self-driven
Willing to work on shifting schedules or graveyard shifts
With experience in BPO industry is a plus but not required
Technical
A reliable working laptop unit with good battery condition and webcam, with at least 8gb RAM and at least Core i3 (10" Gen), Core i5 (7" Gen) processor, AMD Ryzen 5, MacBook M2. or higher;
Reliable primary internet connection at least 15mpbs;
Back-up internet connection (pocket WIFI or prepaid WIFI with different network from primary internet)
